Canadian Hypertension Education Program – clinical practice recommendations for hypertension.
This app is designed as a rapid resource for any clinicians who diagnose or treat patients with hypertension. It is not a substitute for obtaining advice from a medical expert. The app will display all of the CHEP 2015 recommendations, organized into categories with associated summary tables. There is also a section summarizing considerations for the individualization of therapy for patients with specific chronic diseases.
All of the content is fully searchable, and search terms will be highlighted in red to make it easy to find relevant content.
